John began his commercial real estate career in the Chicagoland market in 2018. John quickly emerged as a trusted advisor, offering comprehensive brokerage services to both owners and users of commercial real estate. John specializes in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial, office, land, and investment properties. John formed a team with business partner Sam Deihs in 2023 and together, they bring 10+ years of brokerage experience to each project. As a native of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, John has a unique understanding of local market dynamics and focuses his efforts on the Lake County, Northwest Cook, North Kane, and North DuPage Submarkets. John delivers significant value by solving complex problems for clients through effective communication and deep understanding of client goals and objectives. He has found success through his market expertise, unwavering work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit. John is an engaged member of the brokerage community and currently serves as a board member for the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
Prior to joining Entre Commercial in 2023, John was a Vice President at Lee & Associates. His professional career began in advertising sales, providing him with a unique perspective to the business world. John graduated with a degree in Finance from Miami (Ohio) University and completed the CEA International Business Program in Barcelona, Spain. John is actively involved in giving back to the community and proudly serves on the recruiting board for the Growing Initiative, a non-profit organization that provides fresh produce to local communities. John is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
