Corey joined Entre in 2025 after 10 years with a family office that owned and operated over 600 retail locations totaling over 6 million square feet in 22 states across the United States. His last 5 years with the company were spent handling leasing, redevelopment and management of the company’s retail portfolio. He became the company’s top leasing agent in his first year, executing over 60 retail leases in his first 12 months. His experience consists of working with both national and local retail operators in leasing commercial space. With a background in restaurant operations, he has used that knowledge to work with brands such as KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut to expand their footprint in various states. Corey has also been a part of ground-up real estate developments, the sale of assets to raise capital for future ventures, and the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiencies at his former company.
Corey’s addition to Entre helped launch Entre Retail – a division of the company specifically devoted to retail brokerage and advisory services. These service offerings complement Entre’s existing capabilities and will help Entre’s clients who operate in the retail sector.
Corey is a native to the McHenry County area and grew up in Cary, IL. He is a former three sport athlete who went on to attend and continue playing football for Carroll University. When Corey is not working he spends most of his time with his family, wife, and dogs. He continues to remain an athlete through a variety of sports leagues throughout the year which consist of golf, bowling, and softball.
